With over 40 years of experience in the team, Simplify Energy Economics (SEE) provides end-to-end analytical, commercial, and strategic advisory and training services across the entire energy value chain. We work at the intersection of technical engineering insight, economic rigor, and financial discipline, helping clients make robust, data-driven decisions in complex and volatile energy markets.
Our expertise spans upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas, LNG and gas markets, power and renewable energy systems, and energy-transition investments. We support clients across the full project lifecycle — from early-stage concept evaluation and feasibility studies, through commercial structuring and investment appraisal, to operational optimization and risk management.
Our advisory approach is grounded in real-world industry experience, combining quantitative modeling, market intelligence, and practical execution knowledge. We translate complex technical and financial analyses into concise recommendations that senior management, investors, lenders, and policymakers can rely on.
We serve a diverse client base including energy developers, trading firms, utilities, investors, lenders, EPC contractors, and public-sector stakeholders, across both conventional hydrocarbons and renewable / energy-transition projects. At Simplify Energy Economics, our mission is to simplify complexity, quantify risk, and enhance value — enabling our clients to navigate energy markets with confidence, clarity, and strategic foresight.

Our approach is founded on the belief that robust energy decisions require both quantitative discipline and real-world understanding. We combine deep analytical rigour with hands-on industry experience to deliver insights that are not only technically sound, but also commercially realistic and implementable.
We bridge conventional energy expertise — including oil, gas, LNG, and power markets — with renewable energy and energy-transition innovations. Rather than treating these domains in isolation, we adopt an integrated value-chain perspective, recognising the growing interdependence between legacy energy systems and emerging low-carbon solutions.
Our work begins with a thorough understanding of the client's context — market positioning, asset characteristics, regulatory environment, risk appetite, and strategic objectives. From there, we apply structured analytical frameworks, advanced economic and financial modelling, and scenario-based risk analysis to evaluate options under both base-case and stressed market conditions.
A defining feature of our approach is the integration of advisory and capability building. Where appropriate, we work alongside client teams, transferring knowledge through hands-on models, case studies, and targeted training, enabling organisations to replicate, adapt, and sustain our methodologies internally.
