Our Director and Principal Economist, Raj Srivastava, has over 18 years of extensive experience in valuation, modeling, strategy development, and due diligence within the energy sector. He has held leadership and senior positions at Spirit Energy (Centrica Group), PETRONAS Carigali, and Dana Petroleum UK. Before these roles, Raj worked in M&A advisory with Deloitte and CGG Robertson UK.

Raj has also worked in the energy transition space, leading a few workstreams. He presented a talk titled "Challenges of Valuation of Solar Investments" at the PETRONAS Economics Symposium. He holds a postgraduate degree from Warwick Business School, which he completed on a scholarship, and an undergraduate degree from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Raj has further enhanced his expertise through certifications in Energy Economics, Renewable Finance, Offshore Wind Economics, and ESG Investing.

Raj is also dedicated to community service and serves on the boards of two UK charities: the IIT Alumni Association UK and Common Thread Vision Scotland. He is also a certified yoga instructor and a passionate runner. He recently successfully completed his first marathon in July, just five years after beginning his running journey.
